Frequently Asked Questions

All our products are made to order, reducing warehousing and unnecessary manufacturing. This is great for the environment by only producing what is needed. That does mean it take us a little longer to fulfil your order, but most orders are shipped within 2-3 days and we know you’ll love it!

Most orders are completed here in the UK, and standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Once your order is completed we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Most deliveries take 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Depending on the item, we work with our trusted partners to produce the finished product as close to you as possible. Standard order completion time is 2-3 days. Once complete, we’ll ship to your delivery address with local couriers. Most orders are delivered within a week of an order confirmation.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your order. Any personalised items or underwear cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Standard items can be returned if they are unused. Please email info@lazybearuk.com with the order number in the email subject and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to start the returns process.

Once your order is shipped we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order and tracking number. At the bottom of this email you can confirm you wish to receive order update emails and confirm your email to get regular updates, or you can click the tracking number to go to your order tracking page.
